2014 Grand Design Reflection 303 fifth wheel. 3 slides rear living floor plan. Immaculate condition in and out. Smells new inside, non smokers, no pets. Oven never used. Rugs always on floor and carpeting. Stored inside 7/8 months over winter since 2014. We have owned since essentially new in spring 2014 after first owner made one trip and wanted to sell. His wife loved it but he did not want to change his pickup. Extras: Bedroom AC, swivel mount bedroom removable 24" TV, rear camera and monitor, JT Strong Arms (front and rear) and new spare fridge control panel/120V heating element parts. Pullrite Autoslider 16K hitch also in like new condition. Living area rug and all other rugs. Many Grand Design swag items like a door mat, umbrella, drinkware, etc. (all new/never used.) Two new group 27 batteries in 2023. Grand Design RV factory service center updated our 303 in spring of 2018. Had 2 very small "popping" spots on exterior side walls. Apparently glue had let loose....not water intrusion. Grand Design replaced the walls. All new side wall decals, new kitchen faucet, new upgraded awning, new radio, new water panel, along with smaller items that factory normally does. Second (bedroom AC) added at this time. Had new 6K axles and new 16" tires/wheels installed (replacing the 5.3K axles/15" tires) along with other upgraded suspension changes consistent with later years production models. Have all factory work order documents, other records, and owners publications. Wheel bearings repacked along with installing new top quality Goodyear Endurance tires July, 2025. Had axles alignment checked and adjusted to ensure optimal tracking and prevent unnecessary tire wear. We paid $2200 for these items. We had no leaks and RV roof plywood was in perfect condition. Have pictures. New Max Air fans (one with remote) with auto open/close covers installed in kitchen and bathroom. New Winegard 360 TV antenna too. We paid just under $8500. Asking $34,000. RV is in superior condition in and out with nearly $11,000 of key high quality items done last year. Selling since we bought a new fifth wheel. Open to reasonable offers.
