We are ORIGINAL OWNERS, comfortably enjoyed living in it while waiting our home site & house were constructed. The unit has an enclosed & heated underbelly & heated holding tank pads and the whole trailer is very well insulated. There is a large fresh water tank; 1-black water tank; and 2-gray water tanks (galley & bath shower/sink).
The camper has ducted heat and air; Gas/Electric/DSI water heater; outside shower; pass-through belly storage; exterior gas grill with side table; ladder & roof rack; mounted spare tire with cover; large side awning; slide-topper. The entire camper has nice honey oak cabinetry throughout, carpeting in the living, dining & bedroom, vinyl flooring in the kitchen & bath. THIS UNIT IS HANDICAP FRIENDLY with wide doors, 2-triple step entries with large folding grab-handles; and large open floor plan.
REAR LIVING AREA WITH BAY WINDOWS; day/night pleated shades & upholstered cornices; adjustable residential lighting & wall mounted light switches; nice built in entertainment center with stereo surround sound, CD, AM/FM/Satellite Radio, & flat screen TV; dinette with fold-down removable table (folds down for dbl bed); residential style living room furnishings including 2-swivel rockers, a pull-out sleeper sofa (queen size) and end table.

BATHROOM is spacious and has residential-style doorway from living area and into the bedroom. It features a glass enclosed garden tub & shower with a corner seat; vanity with storage & medicine cabinet; large sky light and fan-tastic electric ceiling ventilation; vanity counter with open storage below one side, enclosed cabinet below sink w/residential style faucet; large medicine cabinet with mirror. A small window above the vanity is covered with a slim metal blind, curtain & cornice. Behind the door leading from the LIVING area is a full length closet with small storage cabinet above & below. Behind the door leading into the BEDROOM is a full length closet/laundry chute-hamper.
BEDROOM has a walk-around queen bed flanked by a night stand on each side with a shirt closet above each, as well as storage above the bed, and lots of additional storage under the bed. The queen mattress is heated (plug & thermostat like electric blanket), and there is coordinating bedding to match the wall coverings, pleated day/night shades & upholstered cornices. The entry door is to the right of the bed, and a large window that opens for great ventilation to the left of the bed. There is also a large fixed window over the head of the bed that is covered by a fiberglass cover on the outside that can be lifted like an awning, or leave close for privacy.
This unit is in excellent condition and has been gently loved. It is by far the best RV for comfortable living. Need to sell for health reasons, asking $19000.00 OBO.
